ASG is pleased to announce a new partnership with the Guerrilla Yoga Project! Starting in 2012, ASG will offer free yoga and meditation classes to the community every Wednesday at 1:00 p.m.! A regular yoga practice is a great way to relieve stress, boost your immune system, and keep your body flexible and strong. The aim of yoga is to united the mind, body, and the spirit. Yoga is very therapeutic and can help you become more aware of your body, your posture, and patterns of movement. Practicing yoga helps you relax even in times of stress and strain.
