Greetings Charlottesville!

December 1 is World AIDS Day and a great opportunity to remind our community that AIDS is not over.

Did you know that ever 12 seconds someone contracts HIV? And every 16 seconds someone dies of AIDS-related complications?

Join us on Thursday, December 1 at 5:00 p.m. for our World AIDS Day Open House. Come see our offices, meet our team, and learn about your local response to the AIDS epidemic. Check out the official invitation here. UVA students are also hosting a vigil on December 1 at 4:00 p.m. at the Rotunda at the University of Virginia.

Check back this week for more media about World AIDS Day!
